For those of you that don't know, Steve is a die-hard Vikings Fan. Yes...each year he starts the year by saying..."We're going to the Superbowl!" This year was no exception.
Early in the season we would get all geared up to watch the games.
Micah was taught all the important phrases...like "Go Vikings" "Touchdown"...
As the season wore on....
We tried to keep smiling.
It was fun while it lasted.
Unfortunately the season for the Vikings didn't end in a trip to the Superbowl. In fact, it was probably the weirdest season....and the icing on the cake was when the Dome ripped and deflated because of snow. It really was a fitting end to a sad season. Don't worry folks, my husband will be back next fall in all his purple & gold glory, ready to cheer his team on to the Superbowl.
In the meantime......praise the Lord for baseball.
And so we move on...
