Thank you Jesus
Today Sarah & Reese were reunited. Please continue to pray as they leave Haiti, fly to Miami, and then onto MN. Their story can be followed on her blog or currently on CNN and many news broadcasts.

Please Pray for Our Friends
Please pray for our friends (also Micah's Day Care Teacher) Sarah & Dave Thacker. You can find their story at http://www.thethackerpack.blogspot.com/. Sarah is currently in Haiti as they are adopting Reese (Micah's new friend!). Dave is waiting in Florida. They were just about to leave Haiti when things changed. Please pray the US Embassy will get it worked out and they can leave soon...today...now! Pray for strength, comfort, peace during this time. And that someday this incident will all be washed away from their memories.
Thanks so much.
Thanks so much.

February
Wow....it's February! Which means I didn't post at all in the month of January. Oops.
Again, we have some catching up to do.
Slow and steady wins the race...so here we go.
Steve enjoyed a few weeks off from Seminary classes but jumped right back into class at Metropolitan State in St.Paul. He took Micah for a few trips to the cities to hang out with his Grandparents. Good times they did have.
January has been yet another month of trying to figure out my health. After having a CT scan, MRI, ultrasounds of my neck & heart, physical therapy, eye doctor visits, & neurologist visits--they have ruled out stroke, aneurysm (sp?), tumor, and are really looking at just migraines. So.. I have been on a few different meds to try to get myself better...and it hasn't been all that productive. Last week I visited someone who does chiropractic neurology so we will see how this goes.
Today Micah & I have a touch of some sort of stomach bug so we stayed home instead of going to the two country churches. I'm thankful for that decision because I have changed at least 8 diapers in 2 hours. A little easier to do at home.
Tonight we'll probably watch the superbowl from the confines of our own home...if we can even bring ourselves to watch it. I know it took Steve a few days to wear Vikings clothing (something that doesn't happen very often).
We'll try to get some pictures posted one of these days.
Happy New Year...
Happy Valentine's Day!
